FAO Animal Production & Health Research Priorities

The FAO Animal Production and Health programme coordinates international research on zoonoses, veterinary public health, and sustainable intensification of livestock. Key outputs include the EMPRES Global Animal Disease Information System, guidance on prudent antimicrobial use in animals, and regional assessments relevant to South Asia.

PVPA members can use this repository to align R&D and pharmacovigilance with internationally recognised priorities before registering products with DRAP.
